Resume Only

The Resume Only option is an abridged version of our more extensive services and is designed for clients needing a from-scratch resume build or those needing a refresh or update.
Résumé: As with all of our services, your new resume is built using a modern or traditional format with your existing resume and a sample size of job opportunities you supply as a building block. A 1-hour discovery discussion is included with this service to gather additional information for use in the build of your new resume.

Following delivery of the draft, collaboration includes a maximum of 2 revisions which can be accomplished through email or phone conversations.

Resume Basic

The Resume Basic is the foundation of our more extensive, collaborative, and supportive service options and provides the fundamentals needed to be successful in your career transition.

Resume: Our collaborative effort ensures your vision for your resume is incorporated to create a highly effective resume. A modern or traditional format is provided initially, which can be customized to meet your needs. Collaboration allows for multiple revisions following draft delivery.
Cover Letter: A personalized cover letter is provided and written to fit your background and general job search. It includes content from your resume to ensure it is prepared for your personal use with the ability to modify.
Personal Profile Guide (for LinkedIn): Your Personal Profile Guide walks you through overhauling and optimizing your LinkedIn profile to increase your visibility and use of the platform. It is a step-by-step approach to incorporate our recommendations into your profile and attract the right viewers to help with your transition. The guide is customized to you and your career path. We also create a personalized LinkedIn profile banner...unique to YOU!
Additional Support Materials: Along with the above, we provide you with additional support materials to assist with your use of your new résumé and career transition communications to include our Résumé Guide, Thank You Note, and LinkedIn Messaging Samples.

Target Practice (2 Rounds): Targeting your resume is the most important aspect to gaining positive results with any job search and career transition. Since most resumes are scanned by ATS for keywords first, it is vital to adjust resumes to ensure job ad keywords are included throughout your resume. Because targeting is so critical, we offer Target Practice to help you learn how to use your resume effectively. For each round of Target Practice, we target your resume to a job ad you provide. You receive a submission-ready version of your resume (and cover letter, if needed) targeted to the job ad you supplied.

Insider

The Resume Plus service option includes all services in the Resume Basic option AND…

Once the foundation is in place, we help launch your personal marketing and job search strategy through a collaborative effort to gain greater visibility and reach. This exclusive support is designed as an aggressive approach to job search and resume use to amplify your career transition capabilities.

Additional services with the Exclusive option include...

Targeted Résumés: You receive 30 rounds of Target Practice. For each round of Target Practice, we target your resume to the job ad you provide. You receive a submission-ready version of your resume (and cover letter, if needed) targeted to the job ad.
*All 30 rounds must be completed within 120 days following your resume being finalized (5 rounds per week maximum).

Personal Bio: We create a personalized bio, which can be used with networking and post-interview submissions.

LinkedIn Networking: We leverage our network to maximize your visibility by introducing you and connecting you with recruiters and others on LinkedIn. Our personal marketing strategies are used to help your profile gain notoriety inside and outside our network.

Job Search Database: We setup, monitor, and update your personalized job search database to help keep you organized by documenting and tracking the job opportunities we target with you.

Additional Services

Interview Coaching Sessions

Receive interview coaching from your interview coach. The engaging 1-hour session is held over Zoom (or other platform) for face-to-face coaching. Your coach with run you through a mock interview and provide feedback and tips to help you prepare for your future interviews.

A progressive approach to interview coaching can be arranged, which includes multiple sessions to ensure your interview skills grow to help perfect your messages.

Federal Resume

Resume Basic services are included along with:

• Guidance on using USAJobs.gov.

• Tips on federal job searches.

• Support with federal application process.

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Resume Basic services are also included.

Career Transition Coaching

Work directly with your career coach through individual sessions on any piece of your career growth and transition. Sessions are scheduled for 50-minutes each. Common concentrations include help with resume/cover letter targeting, job search assistance, and career path planning.

On-Demand Products & Services

Additional products and services can be made available such as specialized profiles, websites, bios, and other personal marketing tools.
